About this event
Join us for a guided meditation practice that nurtures a deep, living connection with the Earth. Rooted in the principles of spiritual ecology, this gathering invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and honor the sacredness of the natural world.
Meditation for the Earth is more than a personal mindfulness practice — it is an act of ecological healing. As we quiet the mind and open the heart, we reconnect with the web of life and remember our place within it. Through stillness, breath, and intention, we cultivate a sense of reverence, gratitude, and care for the Earth and all beings.
Each session includes silent meditation and guided visualizations. Together, we offer our presence as a form of prayer, solidarity, and restoration — for ourselves and for the planet.
All are welcome. No prior meditation experience is needed — only a willingness to listen, feel, and be in relationship with the living Earth.
Facilitated by Sally Williams.
