Are you looking for a thoughtful circle of women to inspire and support you on your path toward spiritual growth and inner wisdom? Spiritual Sanctuary Circle is a welcoming weekly gathering where women come together for meaningful conversation, reflection, and connection through an ongoing book study.

Beginning September 14, the Circle will explore The Well-Lived Life: A 103-Year-Old Doctor’s Six Secrets to Health and Happiness at Every Age by Gladys McGarey, M.D., a spirited and thought-provoking invitation to discover what it means to live with purpose, vitality, and joy at every stage of life.

Drawing on more than a century of lived experience and a lifetime of medical practice, Dr. McGarey shares six secrets to health and happiness, offering wisdom on finding purpose, embracing movement, cultivating connection, and recognizing the healing power of love. Her reflections invite us to consider how we can live more fully, wherever we are and whatever we may be facing.

Each week, participants will explore the book’s insights through meaningful conversation and shared stories, reflecting on the practices, relationships, and perspectives that support a well-lived life. The Circle offers space to listen deeply, learn from one another, and discover how the wisdom of the book connects with our own experiences.
