About this event
Grace Level 2 Pilates Reformer classes introduce powerful and challenging intermediate/advanced exercises that require more strength and coordination. You will also experience variations of familiar moves and be introduced to new, more advanced concepts. Every instructor brings their own unique approach to the session they are teaching but get ready to move and even sweat! Level 2 classes may have less breaks, more reps, more resistance, higher tempo and longer holds, to bring you a dynamic and powerful 50-minute Pilates class. It is recommended that you have Pilates experience and that one of our teachers has recommended that you are ready for this Level 2 class.
