About this event

The final offering in the Music as Medicine series is an invitation to return home to yourself through the restorative power of sound.

Beneath the noise of everyday life lies a deeper, quieter part of who you are. Using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and other therapeutic instruments, this Sound Immersion offers a peaceful space to reconnect with your inner self through rest, breath, and vibration. As body, mind, and spirit come into greater harmony, you may discover a renewed sense of balance, presence, and ease to carry into your daily life.

Attend this session as a standalone experience or as the culminating chapter of the Music as Medicine journey.

Facilitated by Lissee Spiller, a certified Sound Healing Therapist, trained in the art of using Alchemy Crystal Bowls to create transformative soundscapes for relaxation and inner balance. With specialized training and certifications in Yoga, Massage Therapy and Reiki, Lissee brings a wealth of knowledge to each sound meditation. Through guided meditations, soothing tones, and a compassionate presence, the bowls and Lissee help individuals quiet their minds, reset their nervous systems, and connect deeply with the quiet still point within each of us. Lissee is passionate about using sound vibrations as a tool to inspire calm, harmony, and profound feelings of well-being.
