Stress, anxiety and trauma insert obstacles that impede our higher guidance and our capacity to see and feel the underlying unity within ourselves, others, nature and all aspects of creation. As we embrace our genius level Organic Intelligence (OI) within, the “illusions of separation” fall away and we discover our capacity to create safety, ground ourselves, and experience the highest level of intimacy which is spiritual.

Using your unique resources for healing in the body-mind, we learn to clear the burdensome channels of the subconscious mind where trauma is stored and open to the unlimited resources of the “Superconscious” mind where we are no longer bound by the limitations imposed by “Trauma School Earth.” (Cf. By learning to use, breathwork, color visualization and enhanced somatic awareness, our innate wisdom and intelligence emerge to assist us on our healing path. This presentation includes exercises that empower your personal healer within.
