- ➤ St. Luke’s Episcopal Church is rebuilding after a 2024 fire in Baton Rouge by launching a capital campaign to raise $3–$3.5 million. Over $2.3 million is already raised and $3 million from its fire fund, and the new 350-seat campus will reopen by December. WBRZ

- ➤ Twin Oaks Elementary hosted its second annual Tales from the Oaks Children's Book Festival on Saturday, March 21, featuring 91 student-authors and a virtual library of 43 works created during a summer writing camp; local community members could buy the books. WBRZ

- ➤ Southern women's basketball season ended when the Lady Jags lost 103-34 to top-seeded South Carolina on their latest matchup; the team finished 20-14 after winning back-to-back SWAC Tournament championships + a First Four win in the NCAA Tournament. WBRZ
- ➤ LSU gymnastics placed third at the SEC Championship on Saturday, March 21 in Tulsa with a final score of 197.950 (falling behind Oklahoma and Florida). The team now prepares to host the regional NCAA championship at the PMAC as coach Jay Clark remains confident in their comeback. LSU Reveille
- ➤ LSU softball leveled its series with a 5-1 victory over South Carolina on Saturday as extra base-hits helped the Tigers overcome a 12-inning loss the previous night. The team will play Game 3 at noon today to claim their first conference series win. LSU Reveille
- ➤ LSU Baseball Head Coach Jay Johnson said his team struggled with offense and lost 4-3 to the Sooners on Saturday at Alex Box Stadium, as early leads could not be maintained.
