- ➤ Southern University's College of Humanities and Interdisciplinary Studies will offer a new bachelor's degree in digital media arts starting this fall—students will choose from five concentration areas, such as digital screen arts production and recording arts, while taking courses like Digital Storytelling and Digital Video Editing. The program is a joint effort by the Department of Visual and Performing Arts and the Department of Mass Communication, and students must meet with an academic advisor before enrolling. WBRZ
