  • In Baton Rouge, a late-night police pursuit of a stolen vehicle resulted in one arrest after officers were fired upon; no injuries were reported.  WVLA
  • In Baton Rouge, Jared Barber, 31, was detained for carrying suspected drugs post a motorcycle-car collision on Government Street, facing distribution and traffic charges.  WBRZ
  • In Baton Rouge, 19-year-old Roger Parker, linked to the Thanksgiving day murder of 8-year-old Diellon Daniels, is also connected to several other unsolved shootings.  WBRZ
  • Baton Rouge Patrol officers were fired upon while chasing a stolen vehicle, with no injuries reported and no arrests made.  WBRZ
