If you run or work for an early-stage business, the first statewide Louisiana Startup Report has numbers worth a look. Of the entrepreneurs surveyed, 92% said they would probably or definitely remain in Louisiana, and 66.4% expect to increase their workforce over the next 12 months. Access to capital was the most frequently cited barrier, and Baton Rouge Business Report says many startups still rely on their own resources to finance growth.
