Baton Rouge Police arrested a man aged 27, Eriq Overstreet, for allegedly shooting victim Marion Brown on Longridge Avenue after a verbal dispute that left Brown dead early Monday, June 23 — he was booked for second-degree murder.

Entergy is transferring its natural gas operations to Delta Utilities, so over 96,000 residents will start receiving gas in July.
